Absolutely AWFUL. The meat was so dry and the sandwich in general tasted absolutely disgusting. I also ordered the chicken soup from here too which I can see is no longer on their menu-- tasted like MSG + water. It made Campbell soup look like a 5 star restaurant made it.

1.5 hour for delivery, I'm only 6 streets away! Called restaurant but no one picked up, sandwich really soggy. Do not order delivery!

Food is good, but rude service - i ordered a quart size soup container. sent me small size twice over without apology. i wasnt yelling or mean in any way and whomever I spoke with on the phone just was complacent and unapologetic until i basically demanded an apology. will not be orderin again - especially with boi noodles which just opened and will be delivering within the week.

Good, but not great.

If you choose to dine in, it's a really nice little space. For takeout and delivery, they pack everything really well. The BBQ Beef is incredible. The Asian Lobster Roll is very good (they pack the filling in separate container so it's very neat). 1K Yr Ice Cream Sandwich is a must try. Yes, the sandwiches are a bit pricey but you have to try them. You simply HAVE to.

Really impressed with this place. That Fish sandwich is amazing! Nice wait staff and delicious food. Love it.

The flavors (ingredients, herbs, freshness, etc.) are amazing, but the food is, across the board, overpoweringly salty and cloyingly sweet, with the salt/sweet balance tilted way too much toward the cloyingly candylike. I'm not a supertaster--just someone who appreciates some moderation in basic seasoning. It's too bad, because the baguettes are incredible and the aromatics and flavors from the ingredients are spot on. Halve the amount of salt and sugar, and the sandwiches would be divine. As it is, I've ordered from them several times, hoping that the overseasoning was just a mistake, because the other flavors are so good, but each time, alas, the food was just too salty and sweet to be really enjoyed. Also, delivery is painfully slow (it's taken an hour to an hour and a half for delivery each time, not 30-45 minutes as shown on the menu page). If your tastes run to liking tons of salt and really sweet foods (some people's do), and if you're not in any hurry to eat, try their food--you'll have a great sandwich experience.

A bit pricey for just a sandwich, but they're so good, I don't mind paying. I've been thinking about the BBQ beef sandwich all weekend.

Really delicious original sandwiches. Portions are good and packed with flavor. They also have a vegetarian sandwich now (it's not on seamless yet though. :( ).

I love the BBQ Beef. Our firm orders from Xie Xie at least twice a week so we've tried all the sandwiches and they're all good, but the beef is the best. It's a perfect combination of the rich beef and the spice of the carrot kimchee. I love this food. Also you have to try the 1000 Year Old ice cream sandwich. I don't know how they do it, but there's this amazing caramel in the middle of each one. So good. I highly recommend.
